My Voice, Our Stories (MVOS) is a community-led storytelling and analytic intervention designed to generate validated qualitative data for public health planning, evaluation, and systems change.
Equity Assessment Tools
The analytics project reviews recordings, transcripts, and other data generated by real people through activities conducted by RAI’s clients.
Data Analytics
Story data are analyzed using a validated qualitative codebook, with findings reviewed and confirmed by storytellers.
Substantive Data
Outputs translate lived experience into actionable insights for private and public organizations and departments, planning bodies, and cross-sector partners, supporting evidence-based co-design and policy-relevant decision-making.
Change Management
RAI’s change management services are focused on a collaboration with its clients to assess the “current state” and identify an ideal “future state.” RAI’s approach leverages a range of evidence-based tools and facilitation methods to engage all relevant stakeholder groups.

RAPID Start Programs
The RAPID initiative focused on accelerating HIV diagnosis, linkage to care, re-entry into care, and timely PrEP access through Rapid ART implementation. The model combines structured planning, technical expert input, consumer and provider engagement, readiness assessments, and learning collaboratives. Implementation is phased and scalable, supporting consistent uptake of Rapid StART across diverse clinical and service settings while aligning with Ryan White and End the HIV Epidemic priorities.
