My Voice Our Stories is a high-powered combination of RAI’s storytelling, evidence-based co-design, public private partnership, and change management services. Stories developed using RAI’s storytelling methodology are analyzed by trained coders who are diverse, live local to the storytellers, and have a range of relevant lived experiences which help them understand explicit and hidden messages embedded in the stories.

Storytellers adjust and confirm the data findings in a focus group and engage in “magic wand” thinking around potential solutions to identified problems as if there was endless time and money. The solutions are taken to a community think tank to allow a broader civil society response to our clients goals, freeing our clients partners to focus on their appropriate limited role in achieving something bigger than themselves.

RAI is implementing My Voice Our Stories with the New Jersey Department of Health related to Ending the HIV Epidemic. RAI is working with Dallas County Health and Human Services, Tarrant County Health, and Los Angeles Department of Public Health to initiate an implementation related to HIV service system quality improvement. RAI is working with subgroups of PHRMA, the trade organization supporting the pharmaceutical industry, to expedite drug approval processes related to clinical trials.
